The SFBL is proud to announce the rollout of our custom designed, state-of-the-art software program. The new program was designed to automate many of the week-in, week-out functions and to provide real-time results with respect to scores, standings and stats (leaderboards). Commencing with the Spring 2004 season, the team managers will be responsible for loading scores and stats on weekly basis. As each team manager completes the weekly data entry our scoreboard, league standings and leaderboards will update on a real-time basis. Team managers will also have the ability to submit umpire evaluations.

How It Works
1. Getting Access
The first step for team managers is that they have to gain access to the website where the loading will take place. Team managers or team representatives chosen by the team should contact the League Office at 305.663.2521 to schedule an education interview to be taken through the process over the phone. Team managers or representatives will be given a user name and password to access the database.
2. Loading Your Team Roster
Once a team manager or representative has gained access, they must first load their team roster before they do anything else. Scores and stats can not be loaded without the team first entering their appropriate team roster with all the fields filled out for each player on the team.
There will be an option to add/remove players as the season goes on. If a player is not on the team's active roster, stats for that player will not be able to be loaded.

3. Loading Stats
Once the team roster has been entered accordingly, the team manager or representative will have the ability to enter the team's weekly stats. This process will be based on the honor system with all managers entering appropriate stats for their players.

4. Reporting Scores & Posting of Standings
Managers or team representatives will also report their weekly score. Both the winning and losing team must report their scores. If the scores match, then the score will be posted on the scoreboard. If there is a discrepancy, a notification will be sent to League Office and a correction will be made in order for the score to update. As scores are entered, the standings will updated accordingly.

5. Umpire Evaluations
Managers or team representatives will also have the ability to submit umpire evaluations. They will be able to enter an umpire's name from a scroll bar and complete an evaluation. This feature is still being developed.
